I love this squash for its flav
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Wash the squash. Then cut off both ends and slice down the middle lengthwise.
Now take a spoon and scoop out the seeds over your trash can.
Put both halves in an 8″ x 8″ baking pan lined with tin-foil.
Cut up three (3) Tablespoons of butter and divide it evenly into each half.
Drizzle (1) Tablespoon of maple (or my favorite, butter-flavored maple) syrup into each half and top each with an 1/8 cup of brown sugar divided evenly on top each portion.
Place in the oven and bake one (1) hour or until tender. (A fork should be inserted easily and come out easily).
When done, please each half on a plate and enjoy!
Serves 1-2 per squash.
